Hi! Yes I can understand as I too have the same fear. I too, have searched for recipes that won't have as much sugar so I don't gain as much so what you can do is look on www.Allrecipies.com and see what you can find. There is a Nutrition scale on the page (I typed in Cakes on the search line) and you can make the needed adjustments. May take some trial and error. Hope this helps and best of luck! Keep working out!

It isn't the healthiest thing on the planet so you should eat it in moderation. It will be hard at the beginning but just have patience! :) And don't stop eating them completely, you won't be able to stand it. If you're trying to lose weight or become healthier then take it one step at a time. You need to change your eating habits, not just change your diet for a few days. One of my worst habits is drinking a lot of fizzy juice and not enough water, not getting enough water can actually lower your metabolism which obviously makes it harder to lose weight. So what I done was for one week, I didn't drink any fizzy juice and drank a LOT of water and it was surprisingly easy because obviously water quenches your thirst and is a lot more satisfying but that doesn't mean the first few days weren't hard. And after the first week it was a lot easier for me to continue that habit of hardly drinking any fizzy juice and drinking lots of water. So what you could do is maybe have a cake every other day and then whenever you feel like eating a cake (when you shouldn't be eating it), have something healthier as an alternative. And you can keep repeating this for all of your bad food habits. For example, maybe you have a chocolate addiction (like me :P) you could take care of that in week 2. Also remember exercise will really benefit you, whether you're trying to lose weight or not. It's recommended you do an hour each day and it doesn't need to be all at the one time. You can do half an hour in the morning and then half an hour at night or whatever suits you best! :)

Its not good because its high in sugar and your blood sugar count might rise. But you can eat a tiny portion of a cake just to relief your craving for something sweet.

Dear friend, I am sincere and I tell you that I'm not a cakes tooth. Hovever now in the Christmas period I had the opportunity to eat some cake, I must say that these are among the few dessert to my liking. Just to answer your question, as I know, I can tell you that in fact does not do much good for your health to eat too many cakes. They are full of kilocalories and clearly take you overweight. Then you know sugar could eventually raise the level of cholesterol and this is negative. Last chapter, the desserts? Pay attention to your teeth!
