Are you a coffee drinker? I also drink some but not that often. And I usually drink the brewed ones. Boiling the coffee granules and then add sugar. We usually do it the provincial way. We do have coffee plants around the house and when we were small kids we are with our parents picking up coffee fruits. We usually have it grinded while still fresh, then separate the beans and have it dried under the sun. After which we will cook the dried coffee beans using pot till cooked or till colored black or brown. We have it grinded and then use the grinded ones for our coffee. Nowadays we dont have the time to pick up the fruit, and if we do we just dry the seeds and stock it up. It will last that long though. I am not addicted to coffee but I do pour in coffee to my fried rice in the morning matche it with dried fish.

I like tea more than coffee, usually before going to bed i take 250 ml warm milk to this i add Nescafe instant coffee powder, as me and hubby both have diabetes, i don't add sugar but sugar free artificial sweetener.. We don't have coffee seeds in market. HAPPY NEW YEAR Happy posting, cheers. Kalyani

It is true that freshly ground coffee has no other substitute. Coffee tastes much better when it is prepared from pure coffee bean powder.
