I know for one thing that all read or purple grapes are definitely higher in nutrients than green grapes but then there are also black grapes (or are they just dark purple grapes)? But anyway which is better and has more nutritional benefits red or black grapes?

I'm under the understanding that the darker the grape, the more micronutrients. One more thing to consider. They use much less fungicide on seeded grapes as compared to seedless.

Red grapes (and, indeed, most red fruit) contain more antioxidants than white fruits. This is why red grapes are considered more beneficial than white grapes. The nutrients (that is sugars, vitamins, minerals and so on) are practically the same.
