If I'll gonna rate my skin from 1 to 10, probably I'll say it's 7.5. But I really envy the skin of the Koreans cuz even though they don't put anything in their face, but still their skin looks really good, still Glowing and pinkish . I know some people are gifted with beautiful skin, but the main question is . How to achieve a Flawless skin without spending a lot of money? . Can you share some beauty tips to maintain and get rid from any impurities especially to Men ? Please share some, thank you =))

I think for anybody to have amazing skin, firstly you should make a habit of drinking lots of water, at least 8 glasses a day - I really believe it makes a huge difference on the skin. Avoid eating much sugar, go for fiber - Cauliflower is a very good example. Veggies specially help you alot in maintaining your skin to the tops and fruits!!! I wont say go for any chemical products, because God has given cure in the nature itself. So try finding out your skin type and what is best for you in natural remedy. Or tell me your skin type, I might help you out!

In my opinion the answer to your question lies in our diet. If you are having a balanced diet then you can have a good skin. In addition you can go to store and buy some fenugreek seeds. put them in water before sleeping and filter the water next morning and drink that water. It works like magic. Try it.... but taste wont be that great, Happy new year...

Fenugreek seeds can be found in any hypermarket or supermarket. In the section where they sell lentils and seeds.

well, the genes help in the case of koreans. however, there are practical tips which can help improve our skin. i learned these from my dermatologists ten years ago. she told me to drink plenty of water. she advised me to get an eight-hour sleep a day. then, she encouraged me to eat fruits, to avoid the heat of the sun from 10am to 2pm. these are only practical tips - low cost beauty tips.

First thing first, most korean got their appearance from plastic surgery, some is natural though. In order to get a better skin without spending a lot of money, I would recommend you to start drinking water frequently throughout the whole day. Every half an hour or so, you should drink 1 and a half mouthful of water. This will ensure that your skin is moisturized and soft, pimples will also not surface. Besides that, you can eat food like tomato, best to eat it fresh. At the same time slice some cucumber and put on your face on 3 to 4 spots, your forehead, two sides of your face, and your chin. Let them be there for half an hour or more. Actually, the local weather of where you recite in will affect your skin too. In countries such as Malaysia, Phil, Indonesia, Singapore etc, the weather is hot throughout the year. Such weather would cause your skin to be less fair, pimples etc. However, in Korean that you mentioned, their weather is colder than the countries mentioned previously, that is why they tend to have better skin.
