Did you try that out? In the area where you can change the resolution of a video, you see a small snowflake icon. If you click on it, it turns red, and as your video is playing, snowflakes fall over.
You can brush them aside with your cursor.
Though it is not as cool as Google's 'Let It Snow', it is still nice.
