Make Own Blog Template / myLot

guys, do you have any ebooks or site that can teach me how to make blog template? i want to make new blog for my robotics club, but the template that given at blogger is not match for my robotics club, so i decided to make my own template. if anyone has experience with this please share with me.

I will download the template which is close to my ideal one and edit it a little, a little to refine it.

I wish I can help you there buddy. But my way of "how to make customized template" is for web templates and it involves html and css coding. Moreover I still have to upload it in my blog that I'm working on. The problem is...I'm too lazy to even look at my blog now. -__- Let me see if I can do it right now... I'll come back and place a link here later if I'm successful.
