Friends. How do you handle your financials? In which order do you prioritize paying for these? Health, business investments, self, family, debts. How do you prioritize?

Like most, I pay the mortgage, utilities, car payment, car insurance, and things like that first. Afterwards, I can determine if there is extra money to eat out or pay for new tires, oil change, etc - depending on what is not working that month - lol.

I think every monthly budget should include the item "unexpected bill for £50-100" because you just know you are going to get one!

I don't think that debts are good for my finance. So, I always priority debts, then family, then myself. I have not have enough conditions to think to business and investment.

If I owe anybody anything, that comes first. Then the utilities and food, then savings and health. After that comes anything else that seems important at the time. Debts always have to come first. As long as I owe anyone anything, the money I have is not mine to make decisions about.

I priotitize: food, changing the world, utilities, work. In that order, investments are on the way bottom. I'm trying tp prioritize debt repayment, because I don't like being in debt, but that's only to friends. I am in debt to huge corporations, but don't care about that.

I try not to get into debt. If I must, then I devise a way to pay it. Normally, the only reason I can get into debt is by having health issues. On normal months I try to save a bit so as to have a cushion for a rainy day. Groceries, meds and bills are main items. Then comes a bit for clothes (not much). Vacations are not in my budget, yet I go for vacations every year thanks to my online earnings.

Personally, I try to pay for my home bills first, that my prioirty (mortgage, electricity, water), then food for my family. My family and the roof over their heads comes first, then I pay for the rest of my bills. I am hoping that I could eliminate a few this upcoming year, because things are looking very good financially.

Taxes, debt (we only have the mortgage now), food, fuel/utilities, medical and vet expenses. Anything else has to wait to see if there is anything left over!
