Are your support that sometimes the power represent honest!

for exemple.when you are younger and no much money,you tured out all of your pocket bought a gift for your ex-girlfriend but she slight it.then when you grow and be wealth.you just spended half of one month's salary for a piece of treasure to your current girlfriend.and she is very happy.
but it isn't meaning that you love before less than current.
so in some other vertion that power represent honest.
what is your opinion?

@wanghui I think these sorts of situations depends on the person. I think I'm understanding what you mean and I'm so sorry if I have misunderstood you. I think it shouldn't matter what your financial status is. If someone has bought you something, then I think that gift should be appreciated. Especially if it was bought by someone who doesn't have a lot of money.
