How to monetize A blog that gets traffic from traffic exchange??

I have a blog that receives visitors from a free manual traffic exchange program. since Google ad-sense do not support this type of traffic I can not monetize my blog. I am looking for a way to earn money from this blog .. can any body tell me how can i earn money from advertisement with this blog?? is there any other advertisement program that allow traffic exchange??.. Also please only tell about CPM or Cost per Impression programs, I am not interested about CPC OR Cost per click programs.. Thank You.
