this morning when I want to go to my girlfriend's house, I saw there are 2 people motorist argument in the middle of the highway. they seem a bit touched in the way. and they were seen chasing each other and blaming each other. this is certainly very disturbing other road users, because it can cause congestion. I'm confused, why do little things like these are always great for the people in our country.

Some motorists always get their anger overrule them. They don't want to be outwitted on the road, so much so that they would race against someone they think have offended them in one way or another in the road.
With that attitude, they are sure to meet an accident or an enemy on the road.

Don't think that the situation of useless arguments between vechicl owner happen in your country only.
India is full of traffics and road jams and in between it people start fight for small things. One ask if a litte scracth goes to his car or ricksaw is in wrong direction or tying to go by overtaking. Traffic police here sucks and most of place there are traffic police. In most case even the wrong thing is done by car or high vechicl owner but people try take thier side only and not of poor rickhaw wala. Only rich people are admired here.

My boyfriend lives in Jakarta, Indonesia. I went to visit him for several weeks last falltime. I saw quite a few fights between motorcyclist while I was there. People would stop to watch the argument, which caused more traffic congestion. I think the crazy traffic and everyone in such a hurry to get where they need to go contributes to hot tempers. My boyfriend was always very stressed driving his car in traffic and trying to avoid hitting motorcycles. I was very surprised to see just as many motorcycles as there are cars, in Jakarta.

that things are common in indonesia. big cities even village. i think indonesian people are sensitive and get angry eaisly now, not friendly anymore. may be that is caused by hurriness and something else. but generally we are getting emotional. too many problem in indonesia. very bad news

It would seem that "road rage" as we call it in the UK is a world-wide epidemic and not confined to one particular country. One of the reasons for this may be that a lot of people are feeling stressed right now. Perhaps they have money worries or relationship problems and any little things are liable to set them off.
From my username you may deduce that I am on the road an awful lot and I see this sort of thing happening all the time, particularly when there is a lot of congestion about.
If I encounter the potential for a situation then I try to defuse the situation by driving defensively and allowing someone who desperately wants to overtake the opportunity to do so.
