should i realy stop trusting people?

I have had a lot of bad things happen in the last few weeks my ex boyfriend messed me up financially and my new best friend left state to better him self but didn't tell us what was going on. I started talking to my ex best friend Aegean. I feel so hurt about a lot of the stuff and i do not want to trust any one. It was pointed out that i stopped talking to everyone for over a year for the most part. I don't know so much bad has happened to I don't even believe in true love any more. witch if you knew what i believe would probably shock you that i can't believe in romance or anything to do with it. I am so lost what would you do? do you think i should trust anyone?

If someone is hurt like you, it will take a while before she could trust a person again.
But for one to trust again, it will take some time in trying to know what a person is really like, before you can trust him/her.
That feeling will pass my friend, and in time you will again learn how to trust again.

I don't know if i can. I wish i could but to much has happened to fast. I doubt i well date again for a wile. i don't know how much more i can take.

Don't be in a hurry to have the trust back. It will eventually come. Meanwhile just enjoy dating even if you are not still that trusting.

hey,dont'be so dispressed.There are many good things in life and there also exist true love and sincerely friends around the world.I feel sorry about your experience.I think that's because you haven't met the right one or you can say that they do not have the quality to be your ex boyfriends or friends.their choice is their lost.because you are a kind girl ,i think

Is the fault really yours??? Is life only about never getting hurt?? Will you allow others through their actions, define who you are?? Shouldn't you be the only one who decides your actions?? Me, I give everyone the great opportunity to be Trustworthy. Sure, I get hurt from time to time, however it also speaks to who I am. AS for true love, always be open for true love. It tends to show up when you least expect it. Always be patient. Sometimes true love doesn't show up until later in life when we are truly ready. Close your eyes. Search your soul. You already know the problem was never you. Be who you are. That is what the people around you need. Show and teach them how to be Trustworthy. I believe in you!!

Thank you. patients is the virtue i work the hardest on. I don't like to wait. but you are right the best things in life are worth working for and waiting for. and Yes i have been hurt a lot thou. I still need to try. i can not give up. just need to slow down... think about things more.

I am sorry that you feel that you can not trust people. i don't think you should give up on trusting people entirely. there are a lot of people in this world that are deserving of your trust if you give them a chance. Perhaps more care should be taken in the trust you put in others without completely shutting them out.

Life is always like that. It has a lot of ups and downs. People will throw you at the worst situation sometimes but life has its brighter part. :) People like your bestvfriend and ex boyfriend might be one of those who compose the dark side of life. yet don't forget that there are still billions of people on earth. There are still whom you can trust. But for you not to be disappointed again, just remember that relationship with people won't go on very smooth all the time, there will sometimes be a rocky road. So when you are in a misunderstanding with someone you love 9friend, boy friend, etc), just remember that it will soon be okay. Anyway, there's a rainbow always after the rain. :)

I would not trust people that much either. You might have to wait a while before you can trust your closet relative or your parents. And even then it would be difficult to do so. The trouble is that you would lose your perspective into whom to trust. So what happeed to you has taken a toll of you.

yeah i think it has and i am so lost and do not know what to do. i do not understand life at all. i wish it came with a Manuel or some thing. I've seen rgs less complicated. I need someone to talk to yet i won't talk fully to anyone.
