"Why do you keep on asking questions whenever I ask questions?"

Do you get irritated when these things happen sometimes? There are people who keep on asking questions when you are the one who first asked them a question... Is it hard to answer first then if you have a question, you can ask it later? Oh, come on! please just say yes or no and I'm done!

Yes, some people do this. And yes, sometimes I did this, or someone did this to me. I did it because I don't want to answer the questions. AS for other people, I don't know what did hey do it for. And yes, when people doing this to me, I get irritated...

Why do people don't want to be fooled but then they want to fool other people around? I just realized now, yes there are questions I also don't want to answer. well maybe there can be the reasons of others as well that they don't want to answer and just keep on asking another question instead...
Sometimes it can be irritating but fun to others as well. Don't you think?

I think it happens all the time, and yes like everybody else I also get irritated when someone answered my question back by asking a question too...hehe and I also admit that sometimes, I am also guilty of it... sometimes some questions are just best answered by a question too or sometimes when I don't like to answer some question then I just return back their questions...

But there are also those which they called rhetorical questions, where the answer is already in the question...hehe
sometimes, some answers back with a question just to test the one they are talking with or maybe just to annoy them....hehe
i am also a bit confused with what we are talking about coz I only read the word question the most...hehe

wow... nice memory you got there... i forgot about that term "rhetorical questions". Well, yes there are questions like that which sometimes makes you think how to answer when in fact the answer is in the question itself.
Yes, there are people who are just testing what is it that made the other person ask the question. There are people who just want to annoy others so they intentionally do that.
hahaha...we are asking about questions,my dear!

It can also be the best answer to a question is a question itself, does it?
Really confusing and irritating at the same time!
Like most of the people say, there's questions left unanswered and they are meant to be left just as questions. There can be answers which do not belong to a question, is there any you know? Or I am just inventing words in here I don't know what to say anymore!

Yeah, it's really irritating when our questions are not answered yet we are being questioned back. But it's good to be that way sometimes since some answers are really redundant to the person who asked.. haha Of course when it comes to simple question, it should be a direct yes/no, want/dun want, but there are alays people who likes to take a long route and end up avoiding the question totally.. haha

Like you said, it's being long winded...
Well, i think it's okay to have conversations with people cause this way you learn how do they react on certain things being asked. It's a good way of bonding with each other at the same time. Like in here, sometimes we start topics but then on after a few conversations, we go out of topic and see what will the other has to say...

Yes, I really don't think why people does this. Well, maybe they just wanted to know first why am I asking before they answer and how far will the conversation go if they answered right now... Maybe they are thinking that it is much fun to have long conversations of turning questions to other questions and not even answering anything of them...Waaaaahhhh!

Listening is a lost art. Some people really fail to listen, and try to impose their own agendas/ideas to everybody. When you ask them questions, some would ask questions back because they failed to understand that they were the ones being asked first.
It can get annoying.

Yes, it can really be annoying. But then people are people. They sometimes seem to mind more of what it is in their head not understanding what the person in front of them is saying, that's why the first response would also be a question. Well, I guess that's it.

Hi ananvi: Oh yes, that's so truth. This is one of the most common communication problems. A person answers a question with another question and they would refuse to answer first, maybe because they want to know what are your intentions first or simply because they consider their question is more important than yours. This could be really irritating.

I had this experience often in my childhood. I get irritated because grown ups seems to have the knack of conjuring a lot of queries whenever I approach them to ask for something.

Ah answering a question with a question. That...well that annoys the ever living...well you know...out of me. There are a lot of times where something like, "What are you doing?" is answered with, "what are you doing?". A simple question, especially when something like that is rather obvious to say the very least. There are times where people keep replying a question with a question.
I asked you first, so answer. And there are rather a lot of times where it isn't even some confidential personal information. It is just a simple generic question that I asked, there is really nothing more than that, there is nothing less than that, just answer the question, and we'll be able to get on with our days. But no, you have to answer a question, with a question. So annoying. So very, annoying.

easy there... seems like replying into this topic really irritates you... I can feel it here.
Well, yes it is really irritating at times when you simply asked a simple question but then they replied in question as well, and worst is they repeat the question to you leaving you the one to answer your own question.

yes, taking it seriously can really cause wrinkles and can be stressful also. But of course, there are questions you want to be answered fast specially when you are running out of time.so sad that other people don't think of other people's time also. but like you said, it's happens most of the time. It's just how we handle it.

yeah, it's much better to hear there answers first cause basically you have asked first, it's proper enough to hear their answers. but then again, there can be people who find it hard to answer so they reply in question instead. makes a waste of time sometime, right?

You should let the person know your stance. If questions as answers are not your cup of tea, then it will irritate you. Answering questions with questions may work well for some people (e.g. students). It cause them to think out the answer for themselves rather than be spoon-fed.

You have a point there, my friend! Yes, there are questions that can be paired with questions also but of course, all questions need answers and it can be natural thing to ask when being asked, but then try to answer the first question than leave it blank. Unless you have reasons why not answer the question.
