my cousin gave me m&m and mars chocolate.while eating she opened up about what troubles her.she is having hard time with her teen son.i guess chocolate is really therapeutic, isn't it?

Chocolate and a good friend/cousin helps. Chocolate raises the level of serotonin which is a mood enhacer. :)

I guess it is therapeutic and stress reliever for me.I love chocolates and like to eat M&M especially the one with nuts.

It's your presence, your willingness to listen to her, that was truly therapeutic. Maybe the chocolate helped break the ice but it was you all along
