Need help from Yahoo mail users

Normally, i use gmail account to chat with my clients. But now i forced to use yahoo mail. Even after more than two hours of internet research, i couldn't find how to give chat request or chat with my client. At last i came here. There are some guides only explain about older versions of yahoo mail. I want opinions from mylotters who are using latest versions. Thanks in advance.
