talking about BOTCHA or double dead pork

Confiscation of botcha or double dead pig meat from unscrupulous meat dealers in public markets is sometimes reported in the TV. What is wrong with this kind of meat? Why do vendors proliferate in this business of dealing botcha meat? Is there any harmful effect of this meat on the gullible buying public? Please tell everything what you know about this malpractice.
