I was at the grocery store and it always seems to be crowded all the time it was New Years but it was late when I went there and I was happy to see the crowd freee aisles and lines at the register! Then as I walked down one aisle it was kind of like a twilight zone! HE HE HE HE I was thinking and saying out loud to myself "YES!!!! My own aisle!!!! h he he he I was having a blast alone! Have you ever done this? Do you think I am crazy?

I love grocery shopping when no one else is in the store. I can get everything I need and not need to worry about all the people standing in the aisles talk or trying to decide what they really want to buy. Get in and get out is my theory. So I know exactly what your talking about. Best Wishes!

I went and got groceries too...and it wasn't so crowded..and I found some very good deals. I think they were getting rid of excess stock. Like frozen pumpkin pies were $1.99.....and the whipped cream to go on top was $1.48....they stay good in the freezer so what the heck! I bought one! Anyway there were more deals and it was wonderful to walk up to a register where there was no one waiting!

See, when I go to the supermarket, usually I have a shopping list written by my mother.
Since I often go to the food discount stores, which often find it crowded (because there are usually only two cash operative).
However I must say that the cashiers are very quick to come to terms, and instill, even in what little I can, find a spark of happiness.
PS: Have you already read my messages about your shoes ? Im waithing by you any response.
Your Italian love: Alessandro

Now that's a dream for me too! I love shopping where there's no people. I hate having to walk through a shop and dodge people like avoiding a land mine. I hate lining up and I'm not a very patient person. At my shopping centre, it's always packed with people and I hate having to bump into so many people. Some people even have the nerve to push in line and pretend you don't realize or they don't realize. My friend was standing in line before and a man just stepped right in front of her. She told him to back off in a nice way of course and the man was shocked. He thought my friend didn't know how to speak English.
So I would love to hang in a shop free of crowds! Crowds simply make me angry for some reason ,especially very slow people who walk snail pace through the aisle. I could roam in the shop all day without any worries! So you're not crazy at all!

Hi jahernandezrivas,
Nah, I don't think you're crazy at all! Easily pleased, maybe (but then so am I!). You reacted in the way that you did because something happened that very rarely if ever does, so it's completely normal to feel different. I find the same not so much at the supermarket but love literally skipping through the empty queue at the post office because here, that really is a rare sight. There or the bank. As I said: I'm easily pleased, LOL!
