Ive read in the internet that the best emergency diet just in case you need to loose ten lbs in a week quickly is cabbage soup, since it is low in anything and high in fiber and water you practically get almost no calories and your bowel really works so, is it really the best way to loose quickly that extra weight.

Hi Deodavid, it may be good for short and quick weight loss, but it is not sustainable.
You can try a mixture of fruits and vegetables diet for more sustainable effort.
Eating raw food, such as fruits and nuts, can keep you in good physical shape for a long time.

I can tell you anything that causes you to lose more than 5 pounds a week is probably unhealthy. Since this diet is akin to only drinking water it's definitely not a healthy way to lose the weight; though, it will likely cause significant weight loss. Celery for a week would also have the same effect.
Healthy ways to lose weight consist of avoiding fatty food, a balanced diet, proper fluid intake and exercise.
If you want to lose weight quickly in a healthy manner, cut you're diet down to fish, baked skinless chicken, whole grains, nuts, fruits and vegetables, mainly drink water, unsweetened tea is also good. If you have to eat junk food do so early in the day as this will help reduce cravings, but you'll still burn most of the calories. Add to this 30min to 1 hour sweat breaking cardio per day. Pay attention to what you put in you're body, salad might be low calorie but even a low fat dressing might have a lot of calories.
If you're going to do some extreme diet, as mentioned before you can't sustain it. It can also be dangerous. At least take a multivitamin every day. You'll probably also be hungry, tired, and unable to focus while you're on it.
I hope you choose to try and change you're eating and exercise habits for long term health, rather than doing something bad for you to temporarily shed a few pounds.

Well, way back, I tried this fat burning cabbage soup diet. It promised to clean your system with impurities and give you a completely new feeling of well-being. You'll feel lighter by at least 10 and possibly 17 pounds after completing this 7 days diet course. Yes it did! I lost 11 pounds! But sadly I didn't maintain that healthy eating... I missed those fried delicious foods I've been deprived in that long 7 days hahahaha!
Well, I don't deprived my self now. I just practiced the word moderation. It's quite hard to be a healthy eater if there's many delicious foods to look forward too *sigh. Oh yes I'm not abusing my right though *LOL!
Happy eating deo!
