Spring rolls are incredibly delicious They're also often deep-fried. Even opt for the non-fired version. they are often served with the fatty, salty or sugary sauces for dipping, and thats good for health, so spring rolls are never unhealthy if also daily consumed.

Spring Rolls - Better with spicy vinegar
Spring rolls? It's vegetable rolled in lumpia wrapper and deep fried. I think it is not unhealthy at all. The only problem is when they are not using healthy cooking oil in frying the rolls. I do my own spring rolls and I fry them in sunflower oil to avoid too much saturated fat. I dip spring rolls in spicy vinegar and just like you I also do love eating this food.

If you are eating fresh springrolls with rice noddles, I dont think it will be unhealthy! I love fresh springrolls and I can eat them as often I can, I don't mind deep fried springrolls, but sometimes they can be oily, I mean the wrapper!
