I do not heat milk I tink it tastes horrible. I love cold milk just came from the fridge, or room temperature in winter. I also drank it like this when I was a kid, my mum tried to heat it a bit so I drink it warm. But warm milk makes me no good, and I was feeling sick after drinking it, and once I even puked it.

Hi jakeyangchao! I would like to emphasize here that milk solutions were not heated. It was the water to be mixed with milk that will be heated. For children, i can say, that milk must be warm/hot rather than serving it cold. It was because children has under developed abdominal organs, so they had low cold tolerance. Serving it warm is good to avoid cramping their stomachs. Cold milk or beverages will make them fill cramps that sometimes lead to stomachaches. But in adults, well, this can be varied according to individual's preferences. For me, I want to serve it chilled, because it tastes better than warm milk.

Obviously, you should heat the mil before you drink it.. milk can easily be spoiled.. bacteria can get into milk making it worse.. some of the milk containers are good at protecting it ...but it is always advisable to boil the milk before using it..

I don't drink milk anymore. If I have to drink milk, I prefer milk in hot condition than in cold. I used to drink when I was in college and I drank milk everyday, but since I have finished from university, I didn't milk anymore.

Okay , i'm pretty unsure with what i'm gonna say right now lol well , if milk is heated , the bacteria might get killed and its probably safer for kids and in case of cold milk - ahh , might give you a boost :D PS: i used to drink cold milk at night
