i do envy those people who don't have some responsibility at home. that they can go out any time they wanted to and do things when they wanted to. but i can't do that at home. i do have some responsibilities at home that i can't just get out any time . besides the lack of money though, this responsibility indeed make my life a bit boring and less exciting indeed. i had lots of responsibility since i was growing up. till now i do have some responsibilities that is why i can't just go out with friends that long.

I understand how you feel. I too, worked full-time, clean my house, do laundry for my family, iron, plus cook our breakfast and dinner (sometimes lunch only on the weekend), and last but not least my yard work. Everything seem to stop when I am sick until I am cured of my illness, I would go back to my daily routine. It get's so depressing sometimes because my husband and children seem to take me for granted as if I'm the housemaid. It get's old and sometimes I would get so upset with everyone. When I go on a meeting trip, I basically enjoy my time away from my home. Be patient one day you will you will have youe time away from your responsibilities. It sorta reminds me of how my daughter felt when she was home cleaning, laundry and cooking, everything I am doing now. My daughter is now in college away from home and I know how she must have felt. I now realize how much chores she did and we all took her for granted. I miss her every single day and not because I am stuck with the chores but I never really appreciated everything she did or at least take the time to say thank you. Have faith eventually your time will come. Be patient...

As a single parent, pretty much everything at home is my responsibility. I can still get out and do things but my first priority is to my daughter and home. Actually, it'll be that way even after I'm done raising kids which I almost am. I actually have always loved being on my own and the responsibility involved. If you don't then you should find someone to share in those responsibilites so that they aren't all on your shoulders alone.

Hi hot, When i was in my high school,i used to clean our house and do the laundry every day.I also go to market to help my mom sell her meat products.I learned all the housekeeping when i was younger. But i did not complain. Because now that i am married and have a daughter,i am now using all those knowledge to take care of my own family. Our health and wealth as well. My parents thought me to struggle to finish my college, and learn everything that a woman should learn. So that at the time that i have my own family, my in laws cannot degrade me.I have knowledge/career and i have my knowledge in taking care of my family.Put me to work may it be at home or office,i can manage. Responsibilities that you have now can make you strong and knowledgeable just try to learn out of it.

Well as a housewife, I have tons of responsibilities. It starts from maintaining the house, cleaning it regularly - I am a clean freak! Then cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. Doing laundry every 2 days. Making budget, and going for grocery shopping. Planning out bills and their payments for the next month which includes, rent, electricity, water, gas and house keeping. It may seem nothing, but once you actually doing it, trust me there is no time to spare. I wish I could just take a vacation and relax somewhere far away on a island but I cant do that, because a woman is the heart of the home. If she can take care of it, then she can keep the home running smooth and fine :)
