Can't we get referral income on tasks

Hello mylotters,
I am in doubt about mylot referral earnings. Recently i referred one of my friends and he earned $0.50 on the same day he joined by completing tasks. I got only 1 cdent as my referral earning.
Don't we get referral earnings for the task completions?
Are the referral earnings only for discussions?

As is clear from the FAQs: 'For each person you send to myLot you will receive a bonus equal to 25% of their discussion and image ("participation") earnings.' It does NOT include their earnings from Tasks or Rewards.

What does it mean image participation? were should we post images?

image participation is the uploading the unique image to mylot by you and provides little description for that. You will be paid by mylot for upoading image that's why it is particpation. The image must be subject to mylot guidlines and do not includes hate,arms and other things that are listed in faq.

I think you have the answer by now.. you get the referral income only if the referral is using the discussion that is if he is commenting and responding to the discussions here..

I didn't knew it was that way, although I don't have any ref at all so it doesn't makes any difference to me. But it sounds counterintuitive as one may expect to earn by all the refs activities and not only by their postings.
Anyway, the rules are clear in that point, only discussions and images count toward referral earnings, so there is no gap for ranting here
Mylot is discussion forum. It mean you only earn money through referral if they active in discussion. Consider task and Mylot reward as their private income.

Task earning not include in referral income as this income apart form Mylot earning. Only discussion and Image/partition earning are the referral earning.
