which vegetable is good for lossing weight?

recently i am getting weight fast, i now really want to loss my weight and to be a healthy people. long time ago i found myself a little fat so i controlled myself to eat less meat and fat and tried to eat much vegetable. however this still cannot stop me getting weight, so i think even if you donot eat meat or fat you still will get weight, some vegetable maybe will also causing us become fat. so if i want to lose weight i need to choose the right vegetable also. so what kinds of vegetable is good for me?

All vegetables, with the exception of avocado, are good for weight loss so long as you don't cook them in oil or butter or any other kind of fat, and don't add fattening things like butter and cream to them before eating.

For weight loss u have to eat more fruits,vegetables like broccoli it helps in weight loss.Eating 5-6 small meals a day will speed up your metabolism and helps you to lose weight and you have to count your calorie intake per meal.Each meal must have 40%protien,40%carbohydrates and 20%fats in that way u can loose your fat.

avoid banana, eat two apples daily empty stomach. drink more water and green tea 5-6 cups everyday. more salad before meal. no non-veg food.

u can eat any vegetable u want. eat balanced food daily and do exercises. avoid banana,sweets,tinned food,cool drinks,fried food. in evening,u should eat food before 7.30. u can eat all vegetable,but avoid more rice. eat less rice and more vegetables daily. if u are diabetic also,u can take raw bitter guard juice in mornings.then u can quickly lose weight. and u can also take spinach,beans,brocoli ,brussel sprouts,cabage and any salads which are dieters best friends. and for weight loss u can take fruits like rasberries, grape fruit, blue berries,and strawberries.

Use diet therapy is just one aspect in dealing with weight gain. I know food with much fiber can help with gastrointestinal peristalsis and in that sense will help a lot in weight losing. Celery, beans, homonemeae, galic chive and many other fruits are of high amount of fiber. Wish you can win speedy success in this problem!

All vegetables are good for you when you are dieting or watching your weight. Each vegetable serves a different purpose and can help prevent different diseases or conditions from occurring or getting worse. Dieting isn't about particular foods. What you need to do is eat a balanced diet and watch your caloric intake. Some people consider beans like Lima beans a vegetable. Lima beans, peas and corn are two types I would avoid. Greens and they have to raw not sauteed nor steamed, If you cant eat salads,Just juice them with your favorite fruit so the taste will be tolerable.Vegetables wont help you lose weight faster if they were cooked. Well I am not vegan but I know someone who live a the raw vegan lifestyle and he looks younger than his age and he is never fat.

vegetables in general are all helpful to get your weight loss, thats what i heared, so try eating different types daily this way you get what you need from minerals and also you lose weight better than eating junck foods and fatty things which is not goo

fat doesn't depend on vegetable its depend on how daily you work or exercise....... eat foods as well as do regular excercise...
