I have a friend who applied for UK visa and his application was denied and also he got banned for 10 years due for submitting false SSS number. All of his documents was legal except for the SSS. He is planning to apply for a US visa. Will it affect his application because of that or US embassy doesnt care about that as long as the documents are all legal. The idea of submitting the false SSS number is from the agency that he ask for assistance in applying uk visa. But now he said he will do it on his own and with all legal documents. Can he also appeal to the UK embassy that he has no intentions of doing or sumbmitting false documents it just so happenned that he didnt know that the agency will fake his SSS number.

I watch a program called "Nothing to Declare" and some travelers get a three year ban from visiting Australia. They don't let such people come back within that time limit. They don't let what they call "double dippers" work again in Australia. They are people that have already had a working holiday visa that try to get in a second time. One Irish guy was using a different passport and yet they still managed to detect him. They rejected him from entering Australia. When a traveler fills in an official form information given must be one hundred percent true and honest. Your friend was wrong to use a fake SSS number on his visa application to the UK. It sounds like an agency did that to him. Maybe he could sue the visa agency. Good luck with his appeal to the UK embassy. When he applies to the USA he should make sure all on the application form is correct. If I apply for a Russian visa due to it being complicated I will hire a visa agent. I will expect them to submit honest stuff for me.

The man who faked his sss number is hiding now. He is hiding because he has so many victims in applying for UK visa. And we heard that he is in London right now. My friend is afraid that his application for US visa might affect his being banned from UK even if he submit all legal documents. I told him that I dont think it will affect him because it is another country and as long as he submitted all the legal documents theres nothing to be afraid of.

Yes, it is another country so your friend doesn't have anything to be afraid of. I am not surprised the man that faked the SSS number is hiding right now. Good luck to your friend.
