Cosmetic surgery?

Have any of you ever had or would consider having cosmetic surgery? If so what would you have done? After having two children my body has changed alot to what it used to be and i would love to get some of my confidence back. I would love to have my breasts enlarged! If I had the money i would definitely get them done.

I'm strongly considering getting rhinoplasty. My nostrils are quite large, and I hate the way they overpower my already small eyes. Whether or not I actually get it done is an uncertain subject for now. I currently don't have nearly enough money, but I'd consider saving some money for the surgery. I'm also concerned about possible side effects.

Im in the same situation, i just really dont have the money. I am currently saving money but with my rate of savings it will take me years and years before i have enough.

Cosmetic surgery is against nature. We should be glad that we are born perfect. Using natural way Is the best way to beautify ourself. I never like the idea of cosmetic surgery, it is costly and never ever play with the nature, the effect will come back to you one day
