Paypal Limitation

I have friend and got paypal limited due IP address always changing every time when connect internet, it was using USB modem REV-B. I'm worry about this issue. Because I use same type. Anybody can help me !! how to setting DNS server for lock IP address using USB modem ?

I don't know about that but I think you can use paid proxy service for these issue.

For free proxy service it's true but these not apply for paid proxy

I don't think the issue why paypal limit your friend is about IP address. You should address to paypal to know the reason why. But for you to make sure and for you not to happen what happened to your friend, just secure your IP address.

Did paypal notify your friend of this issue or he just made conclusions himself because he got his IP changed? What about those who travel a lot to different places. When he logged in to paypal in another place and he had to use a different computer. I don't think Paypal will limit just because of chnaging IP address. There must be something else, like another mylotter said already.
