I am trying to get a loan taking out from my retirement fund. I thought I had done everything I should of. I looked on line earier and found out the loan didn't go through! Have know idea what I didn't do and will have to contact a live person later this morning to find out what I forgot to do! I wish I had that money in my savings allready! I have a car picked out and put a little money down to hold it! I hate being without a car, especially this long! I have to go into work with someone else! I have not been able to work my sunday job the past two weeks! I need to do other stuff but am waiting to get my car first! I am so frustrated!

Sorry to hear your loan didn't go through. Hopefully it was just a minor thing that needs to be taken care of. Since the economy got so bad and I am not working we took the insurance, license and registration off of my car. I hate not being able to just jump in the car and go somewhere. I know how you feel.

Glad to hear that it was nothing serious with the loan, that all you need to do is fill out another form. Your friend was nice to loan you the money till the loan goes through. Glad to hear you were able to get your car and that it runs good and drives good in snow. Enjoy.

Hi Blue, Oh I know the feeling. I have been without a vehicle off and on enough times to appreciate it so much when I have a car that I can rely on. Once I went almost 4 yrs without one and that was just awful. Depending on others for rides really sucks. I work out of town, 2nd shift and it would be impossible to get a ride into work without really putting someone out. It's happened but I feel so bad. Anyway, I hope you get all this straightend out and can go get your new car really really soon!

I had to be picked up only like 5 days and to me that was enough! I hate being a burden! I also hate not having my freedom! With my loan I did need to fill out another form and get it signed by someone in the front office. I will have time to do it tomorrow. When I ge the laon money i will pay my friend Kate back! She was kind enough to pay for my car yesterday! My frind Mark wanted to use a credit card to get the car for me. No deal! The dealship doesn't do it! So kate came in the picture! I will pay her back as soon as I get the loan! Now I am a happy camper!

Oh Wow! You have some really awesome friends!! That is so cool. I'm glad you got wheels again. These friends obviously know that you are a good person and can be trusted . I have to say that the people that I would trust to lend that sort of money to in my life are few and far between. You are a rare gem, Blue and obviously your friends see that.

Well it can be frustrating when you have to rely on others sometimes to be able to get around, and it can cut into the amount of money you are able to make sometimes as well. But I am sure if you are meant to get that car, it will happen. Sometimes we need set backs in our life to appreciate what we have. But hoping that things are getting better and you have your car, or will have it soon.

I am sorry for what happened to your old car. How did it happened? I hope you are alright. Now you are having a new one but it is not that easy. Right? Don't worry. You will be able to get one in due time. Just wait and be patient.

My old car had alot of problems! I did not know it on New Years eve but I did a few days later when a mechanic looked at it! When i was driving hom New Years eve night my cars headlights started to dim and dimmer. I had this happen once before with another car so I knew something was wrong! So I pull off the interstate just as my lights went completely out! I pulled on the side of the road and then the car stalled! I called a friend to pick me up and a tow truck came to pick up my car and take it to a garage. The mechanic tols me 2 days later my car was runnning on 2 out of the 4 cylinders! Leacking oil and antifreeze! Plus the alternater was shot! My car was not worth fixing! I am happy to say on Thursday I was able to get my car after all! My friend Mark wanted to use his credit card to get the car for me. Turns out the car dealship don't do that! Luckily my friend Kate borrow the money so I could get the car! When my loan goes through I will pay her back! Finally! I am a happy camper!
