Cheap Christmas

They are all old enough to understand. My husband and I have a 12 and 7 yr old and we told them that they aren't getting much this year. The 12 yr old understands and I think my daughter does to. Good luck.

I agree with Jemmifire, just give them the money or gift cards and let them choose what they want. If they wait until after Christmas, they can get twice as much for $50 than you can before Christmas and they will all like what they get. It's not about the money or how much you spend. Your kids must know that you don't have much money to spend on gifts.

Try ebay, If you look long enough you can find good deals!

Well your 18 year old should understand that you can't do loads for him, I am sure if he is good lad, he will tell you to spend his money on the other kids. If you put some effort on here you will be able to raise a extra few bucks. Look on eBay for good cheap gifts, you could also look in a thrift store and get some nice things (just don't tell them where you got the things from :D) Good luck
