People wearing jackets backwards

I'm sitting in class right now and there's a girl wearing her jacket backwards. I noticed she did this the first day of class too. Sometimes I'll have my jacket on backwards, but that's only when I use it as a blanket and I don't put my arms through the sleeves. This girl has it fully on backwards and I just don't get it lol.
I understand she's cold but why not just wear the jacket the regular way? Have yo ever seen someone do this?

Is she making a fashion statement?
This reminds me of my sophomore year in university. I was put on this big dormitory where there's lots of kinds of people. One particular guy (flambouyantly gay), was cutting off the top half of the sleeves of all of his shirts! The sleeves would droop off his shoulder. And then I heard that it was his 'thing'.
I wonder if he ever became a designer?!

I have no idea what she's doing, but I doubt she'll be starting any trends lol!
Your college story is pretty funny. And it's actually a really popular thing now with shirts. The neck of the shirt will be made bigger than usual to give the off the shoulder look, and the shirt itself will be slouchy and loose fitting.
Haha so it seems his fashion statement really stuck with other people because it's a popular thing now. I'd be curious to see what he's doing today and if he had any role in the fashion industry lol

Haha i have wear mine backwards, but that is only when i forgot. Lol. After i realized it, i began thinking, omg y am so stupid? Did anyone see me? but then few days later i did it again without realizing. That girl in your class is either weird, or she forgot about it. You should ask her. lol

Lol so far I've seen her do it twice..both times we had class this week. I don't know why she does it, maybe she doesn't want to put her jacket on all the way? But still, it's on all the way whether it's backwards or not lol but the way she wears it it just covers the front and her arms. Too weird.

Sometimes, I use this way too! Not, to go out of course, but when I'm in a place (classroom, for example) and it's cold, I prefer to use the jacket backwards than to put the jacket on. I don't know why I do this, I'm just used to.

I will wear my jacket backwards if I am somewhere and my arms are cold. I use it like a blanket. I wouldn’t walk around with it on backwards… someone might think I was a little daft!

I tend to do that too..but I don't put my arms through the sleeves and wear it around like that lol. I just drape it over me like I would a blanket. But this girl will actually wear it backwards. It seems like it would get annoying since the jacket would keep falling forward and getting in the way.
Lol sometimes i just don't understand people...
