Pokwang, the name of a famous Filipino comedienne, is absent today during the regular noontime show called "Happy Yipee Yeheey." Her fellow hosts were wishing her to be well very soon. I remember during yesterday's episode, I was watching it, when she jestfully threw to the floor a stick of lollipop which she picked up and placed inside her mouth. Naturally people were reacting their disgust and Pokwang did it again, threw the lollipop to the floor and she even stepped on it and put it back into her mouth. It was all made is jest, but I think you can't play jokes with germs. See? She became ill the following day, so ill that she had to be absent from work. I think jokes like this are going too far.

obviously what she did was a joke and to was done to make others laugh.. I don't think that she would get so ill just because of this act.. also .. most of the TV acts are made in advanced and shown later..

Just to make a joke she has to do that?!? Oh my it's not even funny. If that maybe is a film I am sure she will lick clean lollies. But it's a live show right. So it's really disgusting that she has to put a dirty lollipop on her mouth.

Germs really all around the corner of the earth and spread through human being to human being. The floor in the studio has many people walk around and not only people but different people from different walk of life...She should be aware about it. Not just a joke to get sick and how if the virus is not only a kind of germs?

She could've just made another joke. I've always seen her to be a hardcore joker, but this stunt is way too disgusting. Maybe she's the type who believes that what you don't see don't exist.
She should get an immunity system boost before doing something like that again. Also, it could be that she's just trying to get a reaction from the crowd, her skits are starting to look like it.

Of course, germs are everywhere and they can make us ill. But maybe with Pokwang, it was just a coincidence that she got ill. She really is a joker but what she did - throwing her lollipop to the floor, stepping on it, then putting it back into her mouth - is just not a good example to the children watching.

Yes, sometimes or perhaps a lot of times, people do odd, silly or strange things for them to gain recognition or seek attention. Being Strange sometimes is a good thing because a lot of pioneers or trendsetters act differently. But there's a thin lin between being original and being stupid.

now that is ONE BAD JOKE.. not only because of the potential harm it may get her (she actually may have gotten sick because of it?), but also the fact that she did it on cam, which obviously means a lot of people are watching it. and even worse, a lot of children probably saw that too.. i sure do understand that its a parents job to make sure such gesture isn't imitated by children, but she shouldn't have done it in the first place..
