Do you enjoy watching television, movies or just slumping down your couch and watch your favorite actor and actress play their role in a movie?. Most people love movies and they go see the latest movie releases as soon as they hit the theaters. Some would make those actors and actresses as their idols or models to look up to. Others go crazy and wild whenever they see celebrities attending a show or filming just down the street. Sometimes we try imitate their lifestyle, clothing and even attitudes. We collect memorabilia or simple keepsakes that feature our beloved celebrity. Celebrities are treated like Gods in literal sense, their fans look up to them and love them. One thing that keeps me thinking is why celebrities easily gets into a relationship and marriage so fast, some is like in a blink of an eye. The next day you will see the news that they broke up or separate just like that. There are some celebrities that are linked to different co-stars and after a movie project there separated again. Sometime I think its just a publicity stunt when celebrity co-stars are rumoured to be link to each other, then after which got separated. Another is marriages, there are celebrities that has marriages lasted years, there are which lasted just a few hours. Is this the kind of culture these celebrities would like to show to their fans? They think marriage is like buying a car, that when you get bored with it, just let it go. What is happening to our morals these days.

We can't deny marriage in Hollywood is not forever. They surrounded by paparazzi anywhere they go. Even their private moments being invaded by photographers instead they end up separated for some circumstances. I do believe in order marriage last forever, communication and fidelity to one another. You should make time to see each other and if there is a problem you should consult your husband/wife trying to fix/solve.

Constant communication between couples is really important for a marriage to prosper. The intrusion of media to celebrity couples really makes their lives troublesome. Gossips will set in and issues that can destroy their relationship will emerge. So usually it is up to the couple themselves to sort out this things in order to save their marriage. We cannot deny that they are public figures, but they too are human and needs privacy. Communication and understanding should be developed between them and they should not just linger to what comes out of the news. Thanks for the comment.

I think it takes all kinds of people to make this world. Like you mentioned there are celebrities who guard their privacy, have had long term relationships/marriages and about whose personal lives not much is known. Media on other hand, prefers talking about celeb couples who are media friendly, give juicy bytes and have no qualms with short term relationships. Media knows there is audience for celeb gossip and so keeps making up stuff. But I also think stars are also humans with human failings and deserve their space. Also, I don't idolize stars or try to imitate them. I have some personal favorites and watch out for their movies.

Definitely true, sometimes media get's too much in the way to make up gossips about the lives of celebrities and they don't mind if things goes out of hand. As long as they can profit enough from that gossip they'll just stick to it despite the negative effects. Divorce and break ups within the entertainment world is really rampant. Yes there are couples who can last longer than expected but there are some who cannot, imagine just a few hours of marriage, a divorce is made after a few minutes. They take for granted the sanctity of marriage, for them it seems like a simple game, whereas the fans see that, then ordinary people will be influenced by that, and do the same thing. I myself do not idolize any celebrity but we all know that children look up to them as heroes and role models, so when these things happen, children will try to imitate what they see from their favorite celebrity. So I think celebrities as human as they are should also be human enough to respect themselves and control their actions off screen, and not make divorce and break-ups as ways of getting known, or as a media hype to be more famous.

Most celebrities have no morsels! They think they are above everyone else and can do no wrong! Like they live in their own little world! With techology today celebrites are everywhere! All over the tv,in magazines,in newspapers and on the internet! It is overkill! I do read up on some celebrites from time to time. I am not obsessed with it. I like to know because I am curious first off! Secondly it interesting to see how bably some stars act and how much trouble they get into! It is fun!

It is surely fun when we read about their lives, lifestyles and love affairs. Sometimes we get excited, intrigued and even hate them when they engage into some unfavorable issues. Some people are so obsessed with their favorite celebrities that they even imitate their way of talking, attitudes and lifestyle. People look at celebrities as models of good life, but with this events of broken marriages, divorces and break ups within the celebrity world makes them look like people without good upbringing and conduct. They seem to portray marriage and divorce as a joke that can be laughed at easily. Marriage and divorce are serious issues in our community and should not be toyed at. Why do you think celebrities do not take these relationships and marriages seriously? Can you share some thoughts?.

Celebrities has a different life. They just go easy when it comes to marriages. Nowadays there are already many cases involving them breaking relationships and divorcing. I don't like celebrity issues. I just see their movies.

That's right, celebrities take their live so easy, as if they have all the wealth and has the whole world underneath their feet. They don't see what their fans think of them, they are too self centered and don't mind what they are doing, event hough they are public figures. Marriage for them is like a toy, that when they are get bored with it they just throw it away. They get linked to other celebrities a day or two they after a while they break up and a few hours later they emerge with a new partner. They are not thinking that their fans look up to them, and yet they portray how easy it is to break a relationship, get into a relationship and divorce a marriage in the fastest way. Celebrities should keep in mind that they are public figures and they must be good examples of morality and conduct. If your a celebrity Ms. Cearn would you join this trend?

I think that is a matter of publicity stund and fake relationships. Another reason is the marriage from interest. We can see many times very young actors married others who are much older and famous just for publicity, money and job opportunities. Also they might get bored easily due to so many opportunities they have everyday to cheat their partners.Another reason they divorce is because famous people are sometimes selfecentric, illmanered amd they think that they have all the world in front their feet. They do not compromise and that leads to a separation.

Fame and wealth are the pinnacle of dreams for aspiring actors and actresses. That's why most upcoming celebrities do whatever it takes to be in the forefront of this rat race. They are practically self centered and don't mind what their fans see from them. Because of this huge dream they propel themselves into different ways and paths, may it be right or wrong. If they need to marry a famous celebrity in order to be noticed, they grab it though not even a single feeling of love exist from them. What can be done then to check this kind of culture within the movie industry, in order to restore the dignity of marriage and relationships between celebrities?

Yeah Will Smith is a good actor, loving husband and a good father. I hope he can maintain that good family he has and will not end into a divorce. Yes celebrities do have all the luxuries in life, like wealth, money, cars, mansions, hefty salaries and women, but they are intellectually talented individuals. Most are educated and knowledgeable of things so they must be good enough to understand the sanctity of marriage and love. They should not toy around this serious events in a man's life. They must respect it and show to their fans that they are well mannered and good examples.

I think that some celebrities don't stay married for very long before they get divorced. My favorite actor is Tom Cruise so I am interested in what happens in his life. I don't tend to keep up with actors and actresses short lasting relationships. On television I like to watch all travel programs, some wildlife programs and many documentaries.

Tom Cruise is a great actor but he is divorced too. He indeed has an interesting life and controversial marriages. I don't know why marriage inside the entertainment world is like a birthday party, wherein a celebrity couple get's married it is really fascinating to see. However as days, months or even years pass by, divorce sets in easily, sometimes because of gossips, intrigues and love affairs. People loves this celebrities and idolize them, so if this things about broken marriages and relationships are usually seen in the entertainment industry, fans will try to imitate them, and think that marriage and relationships are not serious things. What do you think should celebrities do in order to correct this immorality?

To me, it seems that celebrities are under so much attention from everyone that their relationships fall under a lot of scrutiny and pressure. They also have a lot more opportunities to cheat on their partner. They're constantly surrounded by other attractive celebrities that everyday people like us don't get to be around. I almost feel bad for them because their relationships don't even have the chance to last because there are so many odds against them.

Truly being famous and rich, you are surrounded by temptations of various forms. These temptations are the one's that shatter relationships and marriages in a celebrities life. We can say they are public figures but they are human too who can understand things and choose between right and wrong. I think they are intellectual persons also just like us their fans. So they should know how to safeguard a relationship or marriage, and not be affected by gossips and issues. But that is what they call the price of being famous, you lose your morality, your soul, and your reasons.

Because of numerous celebrity break-ups and failed marriages recently, whenever I see celebrities announced their engage or getting married with their partner - I tend to think whether or not the relationship will last. I agree that some are just publicity stunt when linked together. They need more viewers for their movies or shows so their managers have to create an issue that these celebrities are in love and later will break up after their film.

Your right here, it is those managers at times that control this celebrities. They are also the factors that contribute to a break up or divorce of celebrity couples. It is all about the fame and wealth these managers gain that is important. For publicity and to lure some interest towards their controlled actor, they do whatever it takes to promote him or her, in expense of any relationship their product is having. Thanks for the comment.
