First of all let me congratulate you. Every woman feels nervous before the first delivery of her baby. She has always the apprehension whether the baby would be healthy or whether she would be able to look after the baby properly. It is quite natural.

It is lovely that your little boy is now forty-one days old. You have done well to get used to being a stay at home mom. A baby changes a lot in that magical and special first year. I suggest you take lots of photos of your little boy as he grows up. I have a sweet little daughter aged two, a nice disabled son aged four and a super sixteen year old son.

Hello fadetoblack, Congratulations on being a mom! I believe that children are a gift from God. They bring purpose and joy into our lives! Enjoy every minute with him as they grow SO fast! Someone once said to me, "We are supposed to teach our children how to live without us." This made so much sense to me that I had wished it was said to me when my son (now 34) was little.
