Hello basketball fans. if you are a fan of the Miami Heat, you should be alarmed by now. Yes, the Heat lost its last 3 games.they lost to the Golden state warriors. they also lost to the los angeles clippers. and just earlier, they lost to the denver nuggets. you may be surprised how this happened. they lost in the fourth quarter of all those games. the zone defense applied to them has made life difficult. teams have been applying that type of defense to them. i wonder how erik spoelstra figured out how to solve the dilemma.

well, the miami heat is a favorite target of various teams to beat because the heat is the team to beat. although they lost the nba final to the dallas mavericks, the heat did not lose the expectations of people that someday they will get that championship. so most teams want to beat them. because to beat them is always special.

I remember the post-game coverage last year after Dallas won. It wasn't even five minutes in--Dirk hadn't even had his press conference yet!--and media was talking about how Miami would not only win the next year, but become one of the great dynasties ever! Even when they lost people didn't really get off the band wagon. So if I'm the Warriors or the Nuggets or the Clippers, I agree, I'm definitely playing my best game to beat Miami and to get people to shut up about them for a little while!

hello guys. the Miami heat will be the yardstick for all teams this season. playing against them is very special. defeating them is a challenge. if a team can win against them this regular season, that will surely be a boost in the opposing team's morale. the heat might have lost the Finals last year, but the journey has just begun. titles will follow.it might not be this year, but who knows...

I am so not a sports fan. I do recognize that no team stays on top forever but if we wait long enough they eventually rebound. I hope your team of choice comes back strong.

hello roberten. i also believe this team will regain the form that they have eversince they represented the eastern conference last season. all championship teams face bumps along the road to success. no team succeeds if they are looking for shortcuts to do that. it takes perseverance to survive.

I'm not sure if there is a way to figure it out. This is what Spoelstra wanted -- a fast-paced, west coast-style team. It's how he chose to transition his club in the off season. Of course, the west coast teams run that style of offense better. It's what they do out there. The Heat are now out of character to make up for their collective lack of competitive nature in close matches. Wade does have a killer instinct, but he also has a big brother mentality and wants to defer to James and even Bosh in tight situations. LeBron just has no desire to do the dirty work when the game is on the line. This is why they're running at a frantic pace. They're hoping to avoid having to come through in close games with any basketball. Spoelstra's wish is for the game to be played in transition, where there's no time to think. No running plays; no screens or give-and-gos -- it's all just lanes to the basket. They're deeper this year. They have a better defense this year. But when they get out-hustled and out-hearted, there is no remedy. In my opinion, the best thing the Heat could ever do is to trade LeBron straight up for Dwight Howard. For 36 minutes of every game, LeBron is the best player on the planet. But for those last 12, he's just an average guy. And all the running in the world won't stop that. Miami's key to getting off the snide here is to get back to playing Eastern Conference teams that run half-court basketball. They can dominate that style of game against most of the East. But when they do get to the Conference Finals and-or the Finals, a fast Eastern team and a Western Conference team is most likely going to have their way with the Heat.

hello my friend. looking at the current heat line up, the team is best suited to play the open-court freestyle of basketball.that is, run the break and transition since they have the league's best athletic players. it is more like MJ and Scottie pippen in the forms of wade and james. i think what the heat needs this time is a player who can bail them out in tight games, an MJ persona that can shoot the last shot when the game is on the line. wade and james may do, but i prefer giving the ball to wade. wade is better on the clutch scale than james.

The Miami Heat will be fine. When James,Bosh and Wade started playing togehter last season this happened. I would not worry. The Heat will get their stuff together. They did last year. I think alot of this is hyped up to much by the sports media, too! At least time is a winner! My team the Milwaukee Bucks still suck year after year!

I'm not a Heat fan but I enjoyed their plays since they have great players in Dwayne Wade and Lebron James. It's normal to lose during the regular season even for a strong team like Miami. However, if they are losing consecutively, they must get their act together. Unfortunately for them, Wade's injury will not help them do just that. Also, Chris Bosh must elevate his game like when he was the go-to guy in Toronto. He's slowing down a bit.

hello there.i agree, it is normal to lose games in the regular season. however, it is unusual to lose consecutive games if you have a strong line up.well, our expectations may be too high. they are still humans.they are mere mortals who are capable of committing mistakes. the good thing is that sky is the limit when it comes to the chances of improving more.

Three game losing streak is a little premature to panic. I'm not a Miami fan but I don't see this as casting doubt on their contender status.

that is very true...losing 3 regular season games is way better than losing playoff games. this is the right time to lose because you will have time to learn and adjust. as i see in the heat's games so far, they lose in the fourth quarter of lost games. closing out games has always been the issue. i hope the big three will come up with a better strategy next time.

Well there playing the western teams and i think to me that it might be there getting tired in the fourth quarter and the time zone is way different for them and they have to adjust to that, but now they might be ok when going back home and playing Tuesday in there own Arena and i cant wait because ill be attending that game and they better be bringing some heat to the game. Also when watching the games the refs on that side they havent been calling fouls like they should be.

hello there...i have to agree with you on the fact that they might get tired going to the fourth quarter. sure, they are a very athletic team but they also run out of gas going to the fourth quarter. coach erik must shuffle his players up very well. i thimk he needs to make use of james jones more often.

The problem is they do not have a dependable big man in the post. I mean they need someone like Pau Gasol, Mark Gasol, KG, and Dwight Howard. If they can get a legitimate center, then the Heat will really dominate any team.
