ranger shot dead an innocent person

so sad when i watch an innocent person, one ranger of three caught him by hair, when he left him the other one fired on his legs,to see bleeding from his legs as water flow, and his moment of crying and his breath to the end i am so sad and shame for as unlimited cruel, my heart thinking many punishment for the killer (ranger).

Hi there Dilrajj, Well, I'm glad to see that the ranger is facing charges. Now let's just hope that he gets charged. If it's anything like what I've seen happen where I live, they seem to always find a way of justifying these things and getting away with them. IT's too bad. I agree with you that the person should have been tried and proven guilty of something before being punished.

I hope the ranger faces the full force of law. It is sad that people kill others just like killing is a form of game. I just do not understand why people behave this way.

The ranger faces the full force of law, its for decots for killers and for some terrorists, dear but the person killed by ranger can be a good person. without any judgement it is right to killer him?
