Yes, iWriter is a real paying site. I reviewed this site very recently on my blog. Unfortunately, if your command of the English language is poor, the chances are that your articles will be rejected. This means you will not be paid for poor-quality work. Keep in mind that iWriter is a very low paying market. This market is ideal for beginning writers wanting to learn about the freelance market, or for those non-native English-speaking writers who have a decent understanding of the English language.

Hello, try constant-content.com, they are strict but they pay high. You can write different topics and submit it to them.

iWriter is what's known as a "content mill". The only other ones I know about, off the top of my head, are reviewstream and Textbroker. Reviewstream pays for reviews they buy or offers a "bulk rate" for stuff they're not so interested in (i.e. they'll pay you crap money for your work). Textbroker runs at about $7 for 500 words (so I'm told) if you're rated as a level 4 writer, then the amount jumps significantly if you can reach level 5. I suspect the pay is commensurately lower if you're a 2 or 3. Note: I don't write for either. I'm just recounting what I hear.
