Hi everyone. I have a problem. I've just received a payment on my paypal account. Ayway it is written "issue refund" next to the amount of payment, precisely on the left. what does this expression mean? thanks

hi wmahts if it says issue refund they are refunding some money you must have spent with paypal for some reason or someone who you paid something to,or else paypal charged you for something and now realize they should not have . Those are the only things I can think of.
