Gosh, what is going on? I guess the germ just spreading around, and it was contagious. One transmitted to another, and now, I thought I am stronger than that, but my immune system just fail to prevent me from all that sneezing, and coughing. I guess I can't blame on my co - worker on that. This very morning, before I was about to get out the door for work, I start to sneeze nonstop. Until I get on my car, I felt my nose congested, and I just not feel right. I got to work, I was not feeling good at all. I also heard other co - workers coughing and sneezing. Gosh, our department just became too contagious, everyone is sick.

If people would just use tissues when they cough and sneeze and the n wash their hands thoroughly there would not be so much of a problem. Better still, take the medication to reduce the coughing and congestion so there is no sneezing and coughing and the germs then are not being spread around. If people are ill they should stay at home but if it's just a cold then they can battle through it.

Well if it gets worse you should take a day off to rest. Sometimes you just need some down time with these colds. You need a decongestion like cold and sinus Advil or something.

It may be a bug and an office is a good breeding ground for contagious diseases because of the proximity of people on one enclosed space. Plus the transmission of the virus is like a nightmare because you touch door handles, use the toilet, go to the cafeteria, the same places that the source of the virus goes to. And a sneeze travels a long distance. I do hope you get well. Load up on a lot of fluids and Vitamin C.

all these disesase are common now.try to close your nose by a cloth to get away from these.those being sick remain home till it is cured this the best option toprevent spreading. see a doctor immediately and take medicines. keep balms or nostrils always in your worlk place.wishing all a very speedy recovery.

Sorry you're not feeling well! Try taking a lot of Vitamin C, drinking lots of water and if you can stand it, Goldenseal tea. It works wonders but kind of tastes like... socks?

That is exactly why I wish people would stay home when they're sick, it goes through the office like crazy. When somebody at my work is sick, the supervisor will send them home, he can't afford to have his whole shift come down sick.

That is a viral infection. Everyone who are inside a big box like room, once there is someone sick be sure it will pass to one another if they are inside one room. It is a laughing matter at home and at the office but I just if there is someone sneezing like that, I wish he just take a sick leave and rest a while so that the virus will stay in his place. It is not a good idea to be sick, because it is very painful and hard and you need to take a leave, means no job no pay for you. Anyway, if you have a good resistant to it, then you will not get it fast. The next time, you would want to take vitamin c everyday so that when someone is sick you will not get the virus that easy.

That's flue. It's very contagious. It's spreading very quickly through air or hand contacts. During this flue season, make sure you don't shake hands with people, or if you have to do it, wash your hands thoroughly. Take a lot of vitamine C and drink a lot of water. I hope that will help.

We also experienced that in my work. Maybe because too of the ventilation and the aircondition. Imagine our office to be super cold because it has 4 aircon in a small room while the hallway is super hot because the centralized building aircon is not working for a very long time. The changes in the temperature makes us very suspetible to catch colds and flu. The best thing to do is to take Vitamin C to strengthen your immune system and to drink a lot of water and juice drinks. And better sanitize the place by spraying antibacterial air freshener.

Micro bacteria is all around us. Especially when someone sneezes and did not cover his mouth, the bacteria he expelled is burst into the air, spreading and finding it's victim again. Airborne diseases or virus can really spread fast, it is really contagious, once your immune system is low, it will easily affect you. So maybe you have to do is that, take your daily vitamins and drink water. Since flu is a virus, your immune system will fight it off.

I think you need to disinfect your office, just kidding. Airborne type of virus can be very contagious. I suggest you wear face-mask. It's a two way function you're protecting yourself and your not infecting others. And try to have some rest and take vitamins as well.

yes there is a lot to be said for sick people to stay home, I have a friend who works in a nursing home and she is always bringing home germs and then it goes through the whole family, it all spreads so easily.

Not that I'm glad you're sick, but it is nice to know I'm not the only one. I was perfectly fine last week. Then my ears and throat started hurting. Before I knew it, I felt like I was dying!!! I am absolutely miserable. My head and face feels like someone has beaten me with a baseball bat. The sneezing is horrible. And I'm not sure about all other females, but I know for me, my bladder really can't take a lot of the sneezing and coughing. So, I won't be going to work again tonight. Still don't have much of a voice. Guess it will come back in a few days. Well, hopefully you will get over this very soon.
