Well that's an odd habit to have...

I'm sitting here with a rather sore leg for a rather strange reason. I seem to have developed this odd habit of twisting my left foot around sideways whenever I'm sitting at the computer for an extended period of time. It's not until my leg starts getting sore do I even notice I'm doing it. I'm not even sure how I picked up this habit... Any ideas? Do you have any odd quirks you can't explain?

I got lots of them but i never see a doctor so I have no clue what's wrong with me and i have no clue about your foot either. Twist the other 1 so they equally hurt

So you have kind of RSI in your foot/leg because of always swining the same way constantly? I only know about this habit with (mostly) children if they go to bed/sleep. It's a way to calm yourself down. BTW I did it for some time, years ago. as well.

I don't know exactly what to call it. I'm literally sitting there pressing my foot against the chair leg or my other foot till it's almost turned around backwards. I don't quite get how that could be calming....

You need to stop this habit or else you are going to make your leg swell worst

Yea, I know I need to stop. I just don't realize I'm even doing it until the soreness sets in.

I hold my hand on my stomach while cleaning my ears. And I also keep my legs in weird position while using the computer. That kind of habbits make You look funny in certain situations. Like: I was trying cross my legs under the desk. It turned out I didn't have enough space so the whole desk hopped up and fell with a great noise. Everyone in the class looked at me and i felt embarassed :)

At least crossing your legs usually doesn't leave you sore... Usually...
