We helped the Domestic Helper from Singapore who was kick out by her boss

When we are about to board the Cebu Pacific Airline there was a woman who still want to go out of the airport so that she could be able to escape and find another job in Singapore but unfortunately she didn't allowed by the security since she is already inside the airport. My parents asked about it regarding the problem of that woman then my father was able to asked that woman of what happened. So now here's the whole story. On that day of January 17 which was Tuesday morning she was asked to cook a pancake within 5 minutes for the breakfast. I don't maybe her boss is asking for something extraordinary but she was asked to do it in 5 minutes. Unfortunately she wasn't able to do it or maybe there was something wrong when she cook that. Because of that her boss got mad as hell by yelling and saying harsh things. Due to the ill-tempered manner surprisingly they were already book her for the flight going back here in the Philippines and her boss just asked her to pack her things within 5 minutes only. Of course she was shocked and she never thought that she will be going back here in the Philippines on that day itself. Aside from that she was escorted up to the airport that is the reason why she can't do an action. They want to make sure that she will be going back to the Philippines right away or else they are afraid that this helper will report the employer to the agency. That is why her cellphone was taken away from her, but good thing about it she memorize the number of her best friend just to inform her that she will be going back home to the Philippines by calling on the phone, I think she did that in airport before boarding. As we arrived here in Manila by 5:45 PM while we are waiting for our baggage in terminal 3 my parents had decided to help her since she told us that she will be going to Pasay City just to get the ticket to ride a bus since she is going to the terminal wherein she could ride the roro going to Iloilo, we accommodated her to go with us first so that she could stay in our home and she must eat the dinner before buying the ticket in bus terminal. While we are having dinner she told us everything that after 2 years of stay in Singapore with her bosses she was maltreated like a dog. She only had less sleep for almost everyday, then she is always being scolded and yelled by the housewife and her husband. There are times that a 6 year old kid is hitting her but she really sacrificed on it. Then she is only sleeping in a bedroom that looks like storage room wherein she has no windows but she was only given an electric fan, but still it is an agony because that is really bad for health. She does not have a day off or it can be only once a month. She even told us her life story that she is a single parent with two kids since she was separated with her husband. When their kids are still young she was working in Dubai then by the time that she went back here in the Philippines she found out that her husband has another woman already. She has two kids that are studying and the other one will be graduating of high school this coming March. Imagine the agony that she is jobless now wherein she has to work hard for her children? Yet her family doesn't have an idea that she is already here in the Philippines. It could be surprised later on Wednesday, I am really wondering what would be their reaction. I hope they should understand all the sacrifices that she has done while she was way from them. Though we told her that she is still lucky that she is now away from her boss and the only consideration there is that she was only verbally abused by her boss but at least it wasn't physical abuse like rape and hitting. She was also thankful that she is still alive and they didn't kill her. Because we are comparing her as what we are always watching on our local news that most domestic helpers were raped and abused, aside from that they were already killed. We even informed her the other previous news like the domestic helper who's been pregnant by her boss from Dubai or Saudi then by the time she went back here she aborted her baby by dropping in lavatory of the plane, that the baby was only found by cleaners then brought to DSWD. Then the other one was killed here in our country where in fact she is from Saudi (am I right?) by riding the Gulf Air plane then her body was only found inside the suitcase on the parking lot. I mean she was shock about that news and I even think that she is not even aware of any updates here in the Philippines because I doubt if she is watching TFC there. So she realizes that she is still lucky on that case. I really compared ourselves that we are going home bringing our joy because of the tour while in her case she will be going back to the Philippines who is bringing a big problem. As we can see it on her face she really look devastated that she is even crying. Others has second thoughts if she is really a victim that she might have her fault that is the reason why her boss wants her back here in the Philippines. I have that thought as well though of course I really reflect and felt that she is telling the truth because as what I said she really look devastated and she is consistent with her statement. Because others are telling that it might be a scam. Though I can feel that she can't even make it. Aside from that if she has a fault at all then in the first place how come she needs to be escorted and they are afraid to be reported by their domestic helper? Because in the first place if she really done any fault then I think the employer must really complain of what she did. Before she leave our home going to the bus terminal she was able to give us the whole contact details of her boss. She told me that her boss is working in Nokia Singapore but she doesn't know his position. The housewife has no work at all and she is only taking care of her kids. The domestic helper even told me that the housewife is really lazy that is why she does not want to work and she has primadonna attitude. I was able to search the information about her boss so I knew his position in Nokia Singapore. I would rather not to tell because he might be the only one who has that position in industry. So I was able to knew his physical features and bio data. I already showed it to my mom about his profile even his facebook then I saw the picture of his wife already with a kid. Unfortunately the domestic helper is gone that is why we weren't able to ask if that is really him. Though I am sure that it is him because who else who has that name who is working in Nokia Singapore. I mean who knows?
