Chinese Style Cooking Today !

I always went to chinese restaurant and ordered this menu called butter prawn. It has flossy egg with creamy and spicy taste.. i always wonder how they make the eg become flossy like that so today i tried it out following my master chef from youtube .. i change a little bit of the recipe according to my taste and Yeayyy!! i think i just cooked the best butter prawn i ever taste !! :p And it is not so hard too.. yummy! Now i dont have to go to chinese restaurant to eat Chinese style butter prawn!

Congratulations ! So all mylotters will pay you a visit to taste it. Why not run a restaurant of your own? It's worth trying. Back to the prawn. Is it fried or boiled? It smells so good from here. Lol. Happy mylotting.

Restaurant of my own?? ahaha.. maybe one day.. I still love technical until now. U better come for a visit when i do open one some day :p

How did you do it? I always think that chinese resttaurants have a secret to make some things awesome. They use aggs in a way we normally don´t use. I wish I knew what spices they have.

hmmm I love chinese food, and I have always said I just don't think anyone can cook cook food like they do in restaurants, I don't even bother trying any more I would just rather go buy it from the restaurants...
