go for wapzan. It can provide you good traffic. And you can have an link exchange with other wapzan sites. And dont forget their upload size. They host a big one. Html java script are all accepted by wapzan. You can put any thing you like there. It is just my opinion.

wen.ru is a best pick. Wen.ru can handle html pages. And the very good things they offer is traffic and a big storage. Go for it. By the way they have a forum go there and lots of tips will be a big help for you. Keep on trying maybe after you created it you can have to or 3 guest but making it full and interesting will hook up lots of guest. Why dont you try to make a forum? Well good luck!
