there are lots of photo editing software out today but can you recommend me the best software you have used among this editing software i have this certain projects and need to edit those photos and compile it as videos

Mostly, i used Pinnacle Studio to edit the photos. It is easy and very fun you will find that this video editing software is a good choice if you only need the basics.
This is my suggestion hmm.:)
