I have been wanting to make a blog for ages with one of these sites Tumblr, Wordpress(free version), Hubpages, Squidoo. I would like to make a popular/viral blog just need to think on what it would be about. I am looking for the best platform to use as I am not yet eligible for AdSense, paypal etc. If I'm not mistaken before you can earn with Hubpages you need to submit some tax form or something on their site. I am looking for a platform which allows users to acculumate their earnings and can cash out for example once in 5 years. It has alternative ways to earn money besides AdSense and one which you do not need to fill up a tax form. Also it has to be under 18 friendly meaning people under 18 can earn money as I have younger friends who are interested as well. Last but not least the earnings can stay on your account until you cash out.
