By spending hours and hours in computer, there is a possiblities of getting irritated and anger on others. I had faced it many times. Even my eyes become red in the morning due to lots of time with computer over night. How can we reduce this habit of getting anger and Is there any specific care you take to care of your eyes. Share your thoughts and ideas.

Yup that is pretty true because I could find myself the same way, when I get hooked on the computer, I always think and think and suddenly I feel mad for no reason at all. My cousin has this experience too. My parents try to reduce her time being on the computer but she leaves to her sister so no one will tell her anything. When we were younger than we are now, we used to have like our own little joke and when I would start the joke (it started with me telling her "you're so annoying"), she'll end up finishing it and adding another joke (she response with a joke "you're so ugly and smelly"). One day, as time went by, she would be in the computer again, and the time I wanted to visit her and started the joke, she responded with a "you're annoying, because its all you do.." I was like "huh?" She used to help me too with my homework and other things but after spending lots of time in the computer, she cared less in helping. I used to think it was because she was just going through a bad moment, but realized she was getting worse. When one person gets her mad, she is literally mad at everyone else as if its their fault..

Yes 00fear, Its happen because of her more time in net, may she have lots of online friends which reduce the closeness of the real friends and relations back home. Its offcourse new to all of us, some have the person itself has to recongise the importance of real friends and than come our of its virtual world. Online chat should be minimum and should had for some useful purpose. Sometime in free time for fun we can talk to any strangers on net but it also should be minimum inorder to stop some unnecessary problems. Hope your cousin comes out it very soon ! Have a nice day !

I don't think spending long hours on using computer is the reason to be easily irritated and angry. I would think it is due to the fatigue from being short of rest. Our body will tell us when is the time to take it easy. We only need to listen and do accordingly.

It depends. What if the results you are getting from spending long hours in front of your computer gives you lots of money? Will you get irritable or the opposite one? I think it depends on your productivity and results. Poor results, leads to bad feelings. Good results, gets you more excited and feeling happy! Am I right?
