Okay, so I am addicted...to quilting! I have learned so much this past week alone! Sadly I have neglected MyLot..so I am back to tell you about my quilting obession and see if you want to join me! Here is the site I found...http://forum.missouriquiltco.com/forum.php The store has great prices on supplies and materials and the forum...I could stay on there all day chatting back and forth and they have been so helpful with helping learn new things. I have wanted to learn how to make quilts with smaller squares.. I did. I wanted to learn about FMQ..I did and love it! I wanted to learn about Charm paks..I did...and it is just a name for 5" pre-cut squares of fabric...plus fat quarters and layer cakes! I am finishing a quilt...started with big intentions in mind, but didnt' work that way but I have learned alot of new techinques and used this quilt as a practice quilt and then it goes to the kids room for the baby doll quilt! I learned how to do pinwheels, but boy howdy, fitting it all together is a bear!!! But first time in a along time I can say it has been fun learning!!! I have done no housework this week, I have done nothing else...well except for half a day when my son and grand daughter came over, but I picked up after they left and made time on the sewing machine!!! You guys got any new craft addictions going on?
