The Commander in Chief That Thinks he is Above Us

Did you know there are several states that are all trying to get our Prez off the ballots? While many of us that had to take the constitution course and test in order for us to graduate and KNOW it (1970 for me) I know that today modern americans are so busy with their lives they just don't know who or what to believe. Here is the best article I can give you on a court that is positioning themselves to do what courts are supposed to do is obtain records to prove once and for all the Prez is who he says he is A U.S. Citizen. If you are an older person then you deffinately remember WWII, Korean War, Vietnam, Desert Storm and Iraq. We that have served hold the requirements true to who we are because we SERVED in the military during this time. While we go to picnics, outdoor outings for July 4th, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, and you get a handshake or a hug because you served (I DID) then why do we settle for less in a Prez that should have to show his credentials when we had to show everything including jail and court records? If you are like me read this article. If you are not have a nice day and happy Mylotting. http://www.wnd.com/2012/01/judge-rejects-obama-demand-to-quash-subpoena/

I have heard this over and over again, and NO ONE has actually been able to prove that Obama wasn't born in Hawaii. Even the republican governor of Hawaii has seen his birth certificate, and said that it is legit. World News Daily hasn't had a fact on the site ever, and I doubt is ever will!!!

It is past the birth certificate. Obama is a citizen of other nations, that to be a citizen he has to give up his citizenship in the US. What is stupid, is that most people do not know this and understand this.

I can't believe they are still arguing over this. Why wasn't this looked into before he became president or when he ran for any other office. I agree that all papers and documents should be brought forward. But, truly I feel that this should have been done once he became the democratic candidate. I hope they get this resolved once and for all.

For years I asked that very question. Obama with help got the eye off him and turned on McCain by saying he was not a US citizen. So when Obama said Mc Cain was allowed to run (what a joke) then the race was so close no one questioned who looked at his records. I am presently reading Wheres the birth Certificate and to answer your question, Nancy Pelosi is the one that was supposed to see all of his Credentials to run for office That pretty much said it all when I read that. I had tried to get that question answered myself. So he spent 2million dollars to have all his personal files locked up and no one can view them. But this was only after 3 to 5 people ran across some of his records in the government level. They were all reprimanded and lost their positions etc. So while some Americans would like to say it is past, it is over he is a citizen if people would really open their eyes and hearts to know the truth It will never be over. And if he wanted it over, why is he throwing such a fit to not show up in a Court of law? tomorrow will prove interesting. Lets see if the judge issues a warrant for him like they do us if we do not appear in court. I know Florida does not mess with people down here.

The thing is. I have not heard anything about this in the newspapers or through television. So how true is this that they are taking him to court. I would think that since it is suppose to be held on the 26th of January that we would be hearing something about it at least on TV. Especially after the state of the union address last night. All we know is what is said in that article, how trust worthy is that site.

My husband said the same thing and on the 24th they did televise it on the news channels. However he did NOT show up in court, he said he was BOYCOTTING it and spent the day in Las Vegas. I am sure he did a round of golf while there too. And the 25th he was all over the news showing with the Gov of Arizona. Yep that was a good one to for the Prez. Unfortunately my husband does nothing but listen to the news. So I get it first hand or I am always reading something to be educated. Now I have to buy the added addition to the Wheres the birth certificate. So doubt if this book will ever end

This is like a breath of fresh air. Where are the rest of the states? Obama has done so many things against our Constitution, yet he tries to hide behind a lawyer when it comes to himself. If he has nothing to fear, why is he acting as if he's afraid?

Yep. Like he seems to be on vacation whenever anything of importance occurs. They (we) need to hold his feet to the flame. If he is a citizen, what's the big deal?

And why is it he is suddenly doing president things and cannot attend a court of law? To those above that wrote a response. The constitution is our founding basis for holding the government accountable. Yes they have broken rules pertaining to the constitution But until Americans wake up and bring back what we should hold close and dear to us (FREEDOM) And the government should be held accountable for actions outside the Constitution. Everyone should know the constitution and its values to us as individual Americans and as a country as a whole. What part of when do you want to walk on a street or get in your car to go to the store and be blown up? If the US does not change our path and it is up to each individual to do their own part in their own way, then sooner or later the US will be attacked and not just in one place or one spot. We have gone to war. We have not seen the autrucietes of it on the streets here in every hometown. To me this is what I hold dear to the Constitution and its rights and the pride of serving my country.

I think the bill of rights includes right to privacy. Though, I'm not really sure what the Constitution matters to politics any more seeing as both sides have passed laws that are unconstitutional.

We all need to go to our state reps and make sure that they have the credentials on the president before he gets on the ballot.

The courts in several states and hundreds of people are trying. Its a shame when the system does not work and even more when a Prez boycotts his own subpeona to appear to a court. If that was me I would be in the slammer. Oh thats right I am just a meaningless person so naturally I would be in the slammer.

I'm too tired to think tonight, but I see no reason why he doesn't just get this over with if he has nothing to hide. Everyone seems to be searching back 20 or 30 years to get dirt on Republican candidates, yet it seems no one in the media cares what Obama was doing as a young adult and in his years before he held public office. We are just supposed to accept that he's brilliant and is on our side, when his record seems to point to the opposite.
