Another Hollywood Breakup; Seal and Heidi Klum

I just cannot believe what I am reading in yahoo news that Heidi Klum is filing for divorce. For a long time, I had thought of these two as the only good example of sober Hollywood couples left but they are proving me wrong. The main reason for their divorce is that, they had a tough time last year. I thought couples are meant to be there for each other during those difficult time.

I saw some feature on TV about them (used to) renewing their vows every year. I guess last year's difficulty wasn't worth the renewal. Maybe they are treating marriage just like a contract, if they find that it doesn't work anymore, they would bother renewing it.
Sad. But I'm still a big fan of her (beauty and personality)!

Oh.. That's a really bad news. And like you, I thought the same thing about this couple. And you are so right, a relationship doesn't mean that you'll alwyas be in a cloud nine, at some point you would face difficulties and trials in life, and there will be more of them. I just hope that these couple would think critically about it first. Marriage is not a like a light bulb that you can switch on and off whenever you feel to nor when you are in a convenience, you got to work on it.

Most people go to marriages with expectation so far beyond the reach and once one of those expectation is not meet, you are ready to just walk away instead of trying and work things out. I hope people can realize that marriage is a game of so many trials and need serious commitment in order to success.

I never thought they would last anyway
something about their marriage didn't seem right
nothing to do with looks, race etc
I just had that nagging feeling that she married him just so her kids have a father
there are already gossips one of them is cheating
I hate to say this, but again I have that feeling she cheated on him
or maybe not, she divorced him for another guy
I'm not Seal's fan and who knows he could be the one cheating

Thanks goodness!!!! Really can't imagine heidi klum marrying a hideous monster... She deserves someone better... and sm1 good looking!!!

This is sad. Couples are meant to stick by each other and get through tough things together. Divorce is way too common among hollywood couples and it is really sad. =( I wish one couple would stick it out and get through it all together! I wish one would prove us all wrong. In real life couples go through a LOT more than most Hollywood couples and we all get through it, they can too if they really wanted to and put the effort in...

Oh gosh! And yeah I also thought the same thing like you. Thought they were good examples... while some people commented bad about them, they still remain and looked happy and in love together. Hmmm well I wonder what that tough time was, that made Heidi Klum decided to divorce Seal.
