I have read a lot of articles regarding how to be healthy. Some suggest we have to eat a lot of fruit and do physical exercise regularly. Does anyone know what fruit can boost our health? Is the same fruit applicable to all people? What physical exercise is good and safe to do?

yeah, that's physical exercise, too. You are lucky to be able to do that while walking to your nearby shop to get your groceries. Walking is great. You don't need to use special shoes to do it. No equipment that is expensive to buy.

to most people, i think consuming fruit and exercising regularly is good but not to some patients. for example, people with diabetes can't eat most kinds of fruit. patients and some old people had better consult their doctors before they decide to adopt a certain kind of physical exercise. otherwise doing exercises may do harm to their health.

I believe this as I believe we are a fruit and vegie eating species contrary to what some so called experts say, I think you can tell it is good for you on how you feel after you have had some fruit and then exercise.

As I know not all fruit is suitable among people. It depends on what the fruit contains. For me, I sometimes have no access to the fruit, so I don't eat it regularly but I work out at least 3 times a day. Thank for your response,

Fruits contain minerals and vitamins that are good for the body. That is why, including fruit in our diet is certainly beneficial to health. But with respect to what kind of fruit, it all depends on the person as well considering that each person has different needs. Exercising also depends on the person. Choosing the right exercise will depend on the person's body, and condition. Some exercise may be to much for one most especially if there are health conditions to be considered. The thing is, we should always weigh out things before going into and exercise regimen. But one thins is sure, having the right food and doing the right exercise will certainly result to good health.

Thank that's what I need to know. Can you give me an example of physical exercise that is safe, especially to beginners who have never done any physical exercise? I heard some people jumped to join fitness center, which I know is not good for a novice.

It is possible to be complete healthy if you only eat fruit (all kinds of). About the excercise I don't know but think most of us have that daily. Walking, running, carring your shoppings/children, etc. Swimming should be healthy just like bicycling. Harvey and Marilyn Diamond wrote books about that. How to stay fit your whole life, they have a cooking book as well.

Thank for commenting. If we want to combine eating fruit and exercise, when is the best time to eat fruit, is it before exercise or after? If it is before exercise, how much time is the interval between eating and exercise? I am informed that we should allow 60 minutes interval before we start woriking ot. Maybe Harvey and Marilyn Diamond mentioned it in their book, I hope.
