I am sleepy but i can't sleep why?

I wanted to sleep to rest,but i can't sleep!I wanted to res because i don't want my health be sick later. Don't know why, i just here online doing something work.. help

Thinking too much after work doesnt help you to go to sleep. The best advice is to drink milk before going to sleep, i think it does help. Or try to do cardio after work like running or just go to gym so that you can feel very tired and it feels really good to go to sleep after :)

Yes i do think before sleep but i am doing my best to think sleep word so i can sleep..sometimes i am over time in the computer,but i know and need to care my health thank you.

I guess you are stress and thinking a lot of stuff. Thinking too much makes you not fall to sleep coz your brain is working. Set aside your problem if you have problem and drink a glass of hot milk and relax your mind and it will make you fall asleep. Good night

Yes it is true thinking too much and working much it gives health tiredness,less strength... thanks for that and yes i am doing to do rest more of my day ,and enjoy.

You must be so stressed. Try drinking chamomile tea or warm milk to help you relax. You may also listen to meditation music to guide your brain to relaxation and to sleep.

Ah,okay that's great tips.but i am not familiarize with that.I think i am too much on the computer,and even i am sleepy i did not follow to sleep maybe i am okay soon.

I think the main culprit is work. You need to see how long you've been working then set a limit to the amount of work you are comfortable with. It can mean doing less work but less work mean less stress. I hope you get the idea. If you are busy, have a break, buy ice cream then rest with the electric fan aimed at you.

Yes true, i have always have time to break,and sometimes i am over to work something online and did not sleep it early,changing time always but its okay i can overcome it.

I’ve getting that too lately with this flu bug. I wake up uncomfortable and need to get up. I just feel better staying up so not going to fight it or press the panic button. The other thing is lack of exercise that will help me sleep. Till this cold thing is better I am just resting well resting but not sleeping that much. The trouble is I am tired and when I feel I can do it, head for a nap. They only last a short time but it is better I think I do that for now anyway.

I've experience this few times and it's really frustrating. But I've realized this usually happens every time I am anxious or a thing that pops in my mind and just won't leave me. It disrupts my sleep and surely I'll never have a really nice rest. So it will affect my performance as I become passive and irritable. You should just maybe read something or meditate. I hope it will help you.:)
