whats up with Megaupload?/

because too many hot discussion in my country, i did not know the news about Megaupload..
whats happen with Megaupload??
why this site must be closed and their office must be attacked the police like that??
so what is the bad effect for us because of this news??

Megaupload is closed because of illegal doawnloads, ather companies lost milions of dollars because of this site. The USA have a new plan to make site like this down so it is better for tha ather companies that try to make money on the legal way. But some poeple say that it is not fair because the say everyone is free to make the site they want. It is a bit sensorschip on the internet.
But all of the details i dont know, the best thing we can do is following the news I think.
