HAH!!! before this Month ends I am down by ten pounds!!!

Hey there guys hope you are all having a blast well I know I am!!! I just weighed myself after going to the bathroom and I am just wearing boxers (lite one's). And guess what from my weight of 201 last december I am now a whopping 192 pounder. This is really great and I would like to share my secret. Weekdays Workout M100's For arms Bicep curls Arnold presses Shoulder shrugs Side arm raises Front arm raises Dead lifts Side curls for side of abs Situps Crunches Squats with weights Toe raises 1 Mile Walking and Jogging Meals Breakfast Lots of veggies i saute with butter Then I add sometimes tuna, chicken breasts Grilled or eggs Wheat bread Coffee Lunch Cabbage soup sometimes Broccoli or kale anything as long as it is green or leafy Dinner Oats with milk I am very luck to have the lifestyle that i do so lets get healthy this year.

congratulations! it's not like everybody is successful in terms of having that diet... i am happy that there are people like you that makes it to the end... i just hope that i can do the same... well i just hope i'm still alive after all that work out and diet... cross fingers.

I'm so envious of you! How I wish that I'll be motivated to lose weight too. I'm so happy that you ought to lose weight in an healthier way!

Good for you, you spent some bad calories, keep going But you will see that has time go by you will have to run more to keep burning more, but don't worry take it easy and had some miles from run to run and to forget to rest and sleep wel Good Luck
